AEM AWARDS MOXY A TOP PRODUCT AWARD FOR MT51
15th April 2008
Presented at Conexpo 2008 in Las Vegas, Moxy received an Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) Top Product 2007 award for its second new product introduction in a row. In 2005 they picked up the same award for the MT41.
Jamie Thomson, Managing Director, said "It’s a great honour to be recognised for the work Moxy does in pushing the ADT market forward. Moxy always strives to be market leader in providing the best value for money machines. Two products launches in a row winning the award must mean we are doing that job right."
All the Moxy advantages are still in the MT51 such as the sloping rear frame and position of the turning ring for equal weight distribution and superior stability without the need for expensive low profile tyres. The permanent six wheel drive including the unique bogie at the rear, that gives excellent ground contact and class leading traction, has also been retained so the MT51 still maintains Moxy's tradition of producing machines that can further in tougher conditions than any of its competitors.
The MT51 is not just a bigger version of the current generation though. Driver comfort is improved from what was already regarded as best in class with a new independent nitrogen suspension system and a larger cab that has also been completely redesigned inside.
Safety was an important consideration and as can be seen the shorter nose gives excellent visibility to go along with the great stability.
Finally, with Finite Element Analysis and real world stress testing, Moxy has managed to minimise weight whilst maintaining the lifespan of the MT51. This is very important in a world of increasing fuel costs.
The award wining MT51 is on sale now.
